These Terms of Service (ToS), together with our Privacy Policy and any subsequent privacy notices or click-through agreements, contain the entire understanding and agreement between you (“user”) and Catholic Thinkers with respect to this site, our social media presence, or any of our online services and it supersedes all previous communications, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral, written, or electronic, related to any understanding or agreement.

Throughout this Agreement “we”, “us”, “our” and “ourselves” along with “Catholic Thinkers” refers to Catholic Thinkers its subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, directors, officers, partners, employees, agents, heirs, and authorized representatives – unless otherwise noted. “You”, “your”, “yourself”, and “user” refers to anyone accessing the site, social media outlet, or online services and includes the company, association, entity or agency that the user represents.

Every time you use our sites or services you agree to:

Our purpose is to distribute faithfully Catholic instruction on various topics of interest to a diverse community of learners. Please protect our efforts by helping us ensure that the media hosted on this site and on social media is used as we intend.

All the material on our sites or social media outlets is copyright or trademark protected; including all web content, social media content, podcast content, and videos. Our material may only be used according to our express conditions.

Intended Purposes

By using our sites or social media outlets, you agree not to use them in order to discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, age, creed, religion, or any other legally protected class. In addition, you agree not to use the information contained in our online material to misrepresent or harm Catholic Thinkers or the Catholic Church. You may not edit and republish our video or audio files, or copy and alter any part of our website or social media posts.

Our sites, social media outlets, or online services may provide links to third parties not under the control of Catholic Thinkers. Accordingly, we can’t be responsible, directly or indirectly, for the content, management, handling of your personal data, or availability of those websites.

Once you leave our site or online service, you are subject to that location’s agreement(s) and we can’t be responsible for the management of your information.
