Russell Hittinger, Ph.D.

Dr. Russell Hittinger is Research Professor of Law and Warren Professor of Catholic Studies at the University of Tulsa.  He is also on the governing council of the Pontifical Academy of St. Thomas Aquinas (Vatican).  Dr. Hittinger has been honored with many awards and fellowships, including the Josephine Yalch Zekan Award for the best scholarly article in faith and law.  He serves on the editorial boards of the American Journal of Jurisprudence and First Things.  Among his books is The First Grace: Rediscovering Natural Law in a Post-Christian Age.
