Margaret Hogan, Ph.D.

Margaret Hogan is Professor Emeritus in the Philosophy department at the University of Portland, where she held the McNerney-Hanson Chair in Philosophy. She received her Ph. D. from the University of Marquette. She is a Fellow of the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture and an ethicist for various health care organizations.  Some of her many writings include Marriage as a Relationship: Real and Rational, Finality and Marriage, and Catholic Health Care Institutions: Dinosaurs Waiting Extinctions or Safe Refuge in a Culture of Death.
